Opti-Menu (Bulk) Editor

Make life is easier with our new bulk editor!

The Bulk Menu Editor feature in HungryHungry provides you with a clear overview of all the items you currently have on your menu.

You can locate this by going to Manage Menu and selecting Menu Editor:

Within the Menu Editor, the range of tasks you can carry out depends on whether you are operating as a Standalone Solution or a POS Integrated venue.

With our new bulk editor, you can quickly and easily assign the following features to multiple items all on one screen! 

In addition to editing the item display name (what your customers see), item descriptions, adding images, and assigning a Cross Sell group you can also:

• Assign Menu Sections
• Add Dietary Tags
• Toggle if it Is Alcohol
• Toggle if it is Reorderable
• Option Groups:You will have to Save your item before being able to add these and they need to be created in the Options screen.

Creating an Item

In the Bulk Editor screen, you have two ways to create a new item.

1. Creating an Unassigned Item
   This will be required if the menu section you wish to add items too has NO current items assigned to it. Click the ‘+ Add Row’ button in the top left corner to add a blank row

2. Add an Item pre-assigned to a Menu Section
   You can do this by searching for the Menu Section using the filters in the middle of the page and click the ‘+ Add Row’ directly next to the menu section.

Editing single or multiple Items

In the Bulk Editor screen you can edit a single item at a time, or a selection of multiple items.

1. Quickly and easily adjust the settings for a single item, or multiple items at once!

   You can do this by clicking on a single item, or selecting multiple items, and easily applying the desired change to one or multiple items at once!
