How to create and manage your Ordermate Prices for HungryHungry

The HungryHungry Ordermate integration allows for seamless menu management so learn how to set yourself up for success!

OfficeMate is the source of truth (master record), we can only import what is in your POS, you'll need to edit the prices for the items you would like to add or remove from the HungryHungry backend.

Please make sure to let your Implementation Consultant  know when you've finished editing the Price Levels so we can start the build on our end. We've provided a video for you to review!

Steps to update Price Levels in OfficeMate:
Log into OfficeMate.
Go to Maintenance > Items.
  1. Select the Item Prices tab at the top.
  2. Find the Price Level connected to the HungryHungry integration.
  3. Add prices in that column for items you want on HungryHungry.
  4. To remove an item, delete its price (do not use zero unless you intend for the item to be free).
