Docket Service

You can now customize your order dockets to work better for you and your team!

There is no right or wrong way to set this, it is customisable to the needs of your venue - here is a step by step guide on how you can customise your dockets to your liking below: 

1. Open the Order Manager App on your tablet. 
2. Head to the site menu on the top right-hand side.
3. Under ‘Account' there is an option for 'Docket Layout’, click on this.
4. From here, you'll be able to hide/unhide or resequenced the layout. 
5. Once you’ve customised the layout, be sure to Save your changes! 

Tips on Navigating Docket Service: 

1. The ‘eye’ button allows you to hide/unhide sections on the docket.
2. The tool next to the sections allows you to move them up and down. 
3. The ‘Show hidden’ toggle allows you to show hidden sections or hide them so you can see how the docket will appear. 
4. Always remember to save once you’ve finished altering your dockets!
