You can add custom text to SMS Confirmations, as well as the Email Confirmations. Here is how:
- Navigate to Change Store Setup and then into Store Info.
- Select your location and then navigate to the Fulfillments tab along the top.
- Depending on what you have activated, you can have different SMS and Email confirmations for each fulfilment (Pick-Up, Drive-Up, Delivery).
- Once youβve selected your fulfilment to edit, simply add the text into βCUSTOMER INSTRUCTIONS - EMAIL/CONFIRMATION PAGEβ and/or βCUSTOMER INSTRUCTIONS - SMSβ.
- Once this is completed, simply Save and Publish your changes!
Example(s) SMS Confirmation:
- Please come around the back and pick up your order from the laneway.
- We appreciate your support. See you soon!
- You're a Legend! Thanks for choosing us!
You will need to edit these individually for each fulfilment if youβre wanting to apply the same customisation for Pick-Up, Drive-Up, or Delivery.
If you are updating your custom email confirmation, please note that this is also shown on the page that the customer sees after placing an order!
