You can add custom text to SMS Confirmations, as well as the Email Confirmations. Here is how:
- Navigate to Change Store Setup and then into Store Info.
- Select your location and then navigate to the Fulfilments tab along the top.
- Depending on what you have activated, you can have different SMS and Email confirmations for each fulfillment (Pick-Up, Drive-Up, Delivery).
- Once you’ve selected your fulfillment to edit, simply add the text into ‘CUSTOMER INSTRUCTIONS - EMAIL/CONFIRMATION PAGE’ and/or ‘CUSTOMER INSTRUCTIONS - SMS’.
- Once this is completed, simply Save and Publish your changes!
Example SMS Confirmation:
- Please come around the back and pick up your order from the laneway.
- We appreciate your support. See you soon!
You will need to edit these individually for each fulfillment if you’re wanting to apply the same customization for Pick-Up, Drive-Up, or Delivery.
If you are updating your custom email confirmation, please note that this is also shown on the page that the customer sees after placing an order!
